NOTE: Region may determine Intent to Enter Fees (minimum $100).

Please Note: The cut off date to withdraw from any Regional Festival is 30 calendar days from the start date of that Regional Festival entered. After that time, any group withdrawing is responsible to pay the fees determined by that Regional Festival. All Intent to Enter Fees are due by December 1st.
